Last Thursday, many of our students had art in the local Art Show. Shout out to the students who put their art into the world for everyone to enjoy and also to art teacher, Nora Majors. Providing opportunities like these requires extra time and effort by our teachers. Thanks to Ms. Majors for her extra time and attention in getting the artwork submitted and displayed. Last night, the Board of the Metropolitan School District of Steuben County voted to convert Pleasant Lake Elementary to a K-6 Montessori school. We are excited to introduce the ONLY area Montessori programs for preschool at the Early Learning Center at Carlin Park AND K-6 students at Pleasant Lake Montessori.
